ResearchPRO’s Black Gives Back Conversation with Kimberly Turner Elahab

ResearchPRO CEO, Regina Alhassan speaks with Kimberly Turner Elahab, a philanthropist, first generation college graduate, speaker and presenter who serves as the director of prospect management at Colorado College.

She is a prospect development industry leader who has more than 20 years of experience in the fundraising industry. She has led teams in prospect research, prospect identification, prospect management, and data analytics who have supported campaigns that raised more than $1 billion.

Kimberly is an alumna of the Elevating Leadership Development Program where she received extensive training in nonprofit board leadership. She is also on the Body of Knowledge Committee for the Association of Professional Researcher in Advancement (Apra).

She leads the Antiracism DEI committee (ADEI) in the Advancement division at Colorado College, the first higher education organization to publicly lead the charge to eradicate racism. She is also a mentor to First Generations college students at Colorado College.

Kimberly holds a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in electronic media from the University of Cincinnati.
